Crispy Fries

Ingredients:
Potatoes – 4 large
Cornstarch – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp (or to taste)
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Paprika – ½ tsp
Oil – for deep frying

Instructions:

1. Peel potatoes and cut them into even-sized fries. Wash under cold water until excess starch is removed.

2. Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.

3. Toss fries with cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

4. Heat oil and fry at 170°C (340°F) for 4–5 minutes. Remove and rest for 5 minutes.

5. Fry again at 190°C (375°F) until golden brown and crispy.

6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

SHUT YO MOUTH SAUCE

Ingredients:
Mayonnaise – 1 cup
Dijon mustard – 2 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Onion powder – 1 tsp
Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Hot sauce – 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
Honey or sugar – 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and creamy.

2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

3. Stir in hot sauce and honey (or sugar) until fully combined.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors develop.

5. Serve as a dip with fries or drizzle over burgers, tacos, or wraps.
