1. Southern Fried Chicken
Ingredients
• 1 kg Chicken Pieces
• 2 cups Buttermilk
• 2 cups Flour
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• Salt & Pepper
• Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk, salt, and pepper for at least 2 hours.
2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat chicken pieces in seasoned flour.
4. Fry in hot oil (175°C / 350°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
5. Drain on paper towel and serve hot.
2. Spicy Fried Chicken
Ingredients
• 1 kg Chicken Wings
• 1 cup Flour
• 1 cup Cornstarch
• 2 tbsp Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 Egg
• 2 tbsp Hot Sauce
• Salt
• Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Mix egg, hot sauce, and salt. Coat chicken in this mixture.
2. Mix flour, cornstarch, chili powder, garlic, and onion powder.
3. Coat chicken with dry mix.
4. Fry at 175°C for 10–12 minutes.
5. Drain and serve spicy hot.
3. Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Ingredients
• 1 kg Boneless Chicken
• 2 cups Buttermilk
• 2 cups Flour
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• Salt & Pepper
• Oil
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk, salt, and pepper for 2 hours.
2. Mix flour with spices.
3. Coat chicken well.
4. Fry until crispy and cooked through.
5. Drain and serve.
4. Crispy Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
• 500 g Chicken Tenders
• 1 cup Breadcrumbs
• ½ cup Flour
• 1 tsp Paprika
• ½ tsp Garlic Powder
• Salt
• Oil
Instructions
1. Mix breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
2. Coat chicken tenders evenly.
3. Fry at 175°C for 6–8 minutes until golden.
4. Drain and serve with dipping sauce.
5. Korean Fried Chicken
Ingredients
• 1 kg Chicken Wings
• ½ cup Cornstarch
• ¼ cup Flour
• Oil
Sauce:
• 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Gochujang
• 1 tbsp Honey or Sugar
• 1 tsp Garlic
Instructions
1. Coat chicken with cornstarch and flour.
2. Fry once at 160°C for 8 minutes, remove.
3. Fry again at 180°C for 5 minutes for extra crisp.
4. Heat sauce ingredients in pan and toss fried chicken in sauce.
5. Serve sticky and hot.
6. Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
• 1 kg Chicken Pieces
• 1 cup Flour
• ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
• 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
• Salt
• Oil
Instructions
1. Mix flour, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt.
2. Coat chicken pieces thoroughly.
3. Fry until crispy and cooked.
4. Serve with extra parmesan sprinkled on top.
