📌Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) beef ribeye, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the beef slices to the bowl and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the onion, carrot, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot overcooked rice.

- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced (such as shiitake, cremini, or button)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (additional)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef slices with soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- In a bowl, combine the beef slices with orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
