Crispy stuffed egg rolls made four ways

—Philly Cheesesteak, cheeseburger, buffalo chicken, and crab rangoon. Perfect for parties, game day, or cravings.

1️⃣Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

Ingredients (12–16 egg rolls)
1 lb ribeye steak (or deli roast beef, thinly sliced)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 packet provolone cheese slices (or shredded mozzarella/cheddar mix)
12–16 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying (vegetable, canola, or peanut oil)
Salt + pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook filling. Heat oil/butter in a skillet. Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms until softened. Add thinly sliced steak, season with salt & pepper, and cook until just browned. Stir in cheese until melted, remove from heat, and let cool slightly.

Assemble egg rolls. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, corner facing you (like a diamond).
Spoon 2–3 tbsp of steak mixture into the center. Fold the bottom corner over filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly. Seal edge with a little water.

Fry. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls in batches 3–4 minutes, turning until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Serve. Cut in half diagonally. Dip in cheese sauce, chipotle mayo, or even spicy ranch.

Variations:
Use Cheez Whiz if you want the true Philly style.
Add hot cherry peppers for spice.
Make it in the air fryer (brush with oil, air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway).

2️⃣Cheeseburger Egg Rolls (Crispy & Cheesy)

Ingredients (makes ~10–12)

Filling
1 lb ground beef (80/20 is best)
½ small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
Optional add-ins:

  • Finely chopped pickles
  • Cooked bacon bits

Wrapping
10–12 egg roll wrappers
Water or beaten egg (for sealing)
Oil for frying (or air fryer option below)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef
    Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until soft. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season

½ cup cream cheese, softened
¾ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar-jack
2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 small celery stalk, very finely diced (optional but classic)
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Pinch of black pepper

10–12 egg roll wrappers
Water or egg wash (for sealing)

Instructions
