- 1-2 tbsp heavy cream or milk

4. Lemon Buttercream Frosting

- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups (360g) powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp heavy cream or milk (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Beat the softened butter on high for 2-3 minutes until pale and fluffy.
- Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until fully incorporated.
- Add the lemon juice, zest, and vanilla extract (if using), then beat until smooth.
- Adjust the texture with heavy cream or milk, if necessary.
- Beat for another 2-3 minutes until creamy and spreadable.
