1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook Bacon & Beef
In a large pot, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside. (If using ground beef, brown it in the same pot; drain excess grease.) - SautƩ Veggies
Add butter, onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until softened (5ā6 minutes). - Make the Roux
Stir in flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. - Add Broth & Potatoes
