Homemade Strawberry and Banana Dog Ice Cream

Ingredients:

* 2 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed / 240 g) (peeled, mashed until smooth)
* 1 cup (245 g) plain yogurt (unsweetened, no added sugar or xylitol)
* 2 tbsp (30 g) peanut butter (natural, xylitol-free, smooth)
* 1/2 cup (75 g) strawberries (fresh or frozen, finely chopped for pink portion)
* 2 tbsp (20 g) dried cranberries (unsweetened, chopped very small for yellow portion)
* 2 tbsp (30 ml) water (optional, to adjust texture)

1. In a blender, combine mashed bananas, yogurt, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls.
3. For the pink scoop, mix in the finely chopped strawberries and lightly blend or stir to keep small bits visible.
4. For the yellow scoop, fold in the finely chopped dried cranberries evenly.
5. Scoop each mixture into small cups or molds to create rounded ice cream shapes like in the image.
6. Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm but scoopable.
7. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving so it softens slightly.

Storage:
Store in airtight containers in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw for 5–10 minutes before serving. Do not refreeze once melted.
